What is language level B1?
- A language learner at B1 level can understand the main points from texts, on familiar topics such as at work, school and leisure
- Learners can say or write familiar matters of personal interest in a simple text
- They can also describe experiences, events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and provide a reason or explanation for an opinion or plan
- Vocabulary is sufficient to talk about things and hold conversations
- The level is completely sufficient to be able to fully communicate and navigate independently when travelling abroad in the language area.
- Students know approx. 5000 words at level B1

- Registration to a recognized language test in order to have B1 language skills officially certified
- Apply the acquired B1 language skills in everyday life
