In the course "SVEB-Zertifikat Ausbilder/in Durchführung von Lernveranstaltungen", or simply "SVEB-Kurs", you will acquire the ability to plan, conduct and evaluate courses with adults in your own specialist area. The course corresponds to "Module 1, SVEB Certificate for Trainers".
The SVEB course teaches didactic-methodical concepts of course planning and design, the basics of learning psychology and adult-specific features of learning behavior, as well as communicative elements and targeted approaches. The strengthening and further development of your cognitive abilities, strategic lesson planning approaches, social skills and self-reflection are actively supported during the SVEB course. From this, you will develop professional skills, including respect and appreciation of participants, appropriate proximity-distance behavior and flexibility in dealing with the unexpected in your work as a course instructor. What do you bring to the table:
- Joy of teaching and learning
- In-depth subject matter knowledge in the area to be taught.
- Verbal and written expression in German (level C1)
- Proven course experience with adults of at least 150 hours spread over two years or willingness to gain at least 150 hours of course management experience spread over two years.
- A stable Internet connection and a terminal device with a loudspeaker, microphone, webcam and a valid Microsoft Office program (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Graduation:
- SVEB Certificate Instructor (Module Certificate ZA-DL)
- Those who cannot demonstrate sufficient practice at the time of course completion initially receive a certificate of attendance and can request the certificate from the provider organization once they have achieved the necessary experience (usually up to five years after course completion).
Course Scope:
- A total of 255 hours of learning time + 150 hours of practical experience = 405 hours (equivalent to 13.5 ECTS)
- 120 lessons of 45 minutes each = 90 hours of net attendance (80% attendance is required to pass the module).
- 165 hours of which are self-study, half of which are guided by module instructors.
