  • Enjoyment of teaching and learning

  • In-depth expertise in the subject area to be taught.
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in German (level C1)

  • Proven experience in adult education of at least 150 hours, spread over two years, or willingness to gain this experience

  • A stable internet connection and a device with speakers, a microphone, and a webcam

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • SVEB Certificate Instructor (Module Certificate ZA-DL)
  • Those who cannot demonstrate sufficient practical experience at the time of course completion will initially receive a certificate of attendanceand can request the certificate from the provider organization once they have gained the necessary experience (usually up to five years after the end of the course).

  • A total of 255 hours of study time + 150 hours of practical experience = 405 hours (equivalent to 13.5 ECTS)

  • 120 lessons of 45 minutes each = 90 hours of net attendance time (80% attendance is required to pass the module)

  • 165 hours of self-study, half of which is guided by module lecturers.
